Captain Rate Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all Captains registered on the SHEGO platform and govern the mechanism of utilizing the Captain Levels System and associated benefits, commissions, and operational conditions.

1. Introduction to the Levels System

1.1. SHEGO adopts a Captain Levels System aimed at regulating performance and motivating Captains according to internal operational standards.
1.2. The transition of a Captain from one level to a higher or lower level relies on a set of criteria, including but not limited to:

• Number of completed trips during a specific timeframe
• Trip acceptance rate
• Trip cancellation rate
• Overall account rating or reputation
• Adherence to platform policies
• Quality of operational performance

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1. The Captain acknowledges that eligibility for any level or benefit is not automatic unless the approved conditions by SHEGO are met.
2.2. SHEGO reserves full right to evaluate the extent of the Captain's compliance with the required standards, and its decision is final in accordance with the system logs and approved operational data.
2.3. Including a Captain in a particular level does not grant any permanent or acquired right to remain at this level in the future.

3. SHEGO’s Right to Modify

3.1. SHEGO reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, update, or replace any of the following elements:

• Number of trips required for each level
• Commission rate or benefits associated with each level
• Permitted cancellation rate
• Rating or reputation standards
• Conditions for upgrading or downgrading between levels
• Performance evaluation timeframe
• Any other operational requirements or controls

3.2. SHEGO also holds the right to suspend, pause, or entirely or partially cancel the levels system at any time, temporary or permanent, as it sees fit for business interests, operational, regulatory, or commercial reasons.
3.3. The Captain explicitly agrees that SHEGO is not obligated to provide prior notice or individual notification when modifying, pausing, or canceling the levels system or any part of it, unless SHEGO decides otherwise.

4. Non-Warranty and Non-Obligation of Continuation

4.1. The levels system and associated benefits is an internal operational and incentive program subject to modification or discontinuation, and does not constitute a permanent or contractual obligation for SHEGO to continue it.
4.2. SHEGO does not guarantee the continuation of any level, benefit, percentage, or incentive for a specific period.
4.3. The Captain is not entitled to demand compensation, object, or make future financial claims simply because of modification, cancellation, suspension, or alteration of the conditions of the levels system.

5. Earnings and Entitled Financial Rights

5.1. Subject to the above, SHEGO upholds the Captain's right to receive actual earnings due from completed trips approved in the system, according to the percentage and policy applied at the time of the trip.
5.2. Any subsequent modification to commission rates, levels, or benefits will not prejudice previously due amounts for completed trips prior to the modification date, barring cases of fraud, technical error, or policy violation.
5.3. SHEGO reserves the right to review any earnings, incentives, or commissions calculated due to:

• Technical error
• Violating use of policies
• Manipulation or fraud
• Cancellation or modification of the trip status
• Any legitimate regulatory or operational reason

6. Downgrading or Denial of Benefits

6.1. SHEGO is entitled to downgrade the Captain's level or deprive them of some or all level-related benefits in case of:

• Decreased performance
• High cancellation rate
• Poor reputation or rating
• Numerous documented complaints
• Violation of policies or conditions
• Proven behavior harmful to the platform, customers, or service quality

6.2. SHEGO also has the right to take any operational action it deems appropriate, including temporary freezing, reviewing, restricting, or suspending, according to platform policies.

7. Priority of System Logs

7.1. SHEGO’s data, electronic logs, and operational reports are the primary and approved reference in determining:

• Number of trips
• Acceptance and cancellation rates
• Ratings
• Earnings
• Eligibility for levels and benefits

7.2. In case of discrepancies between what is shown to the Captain and what is fixed in SHEGO’s logs, the approved internal system logs take precedence.

8. Misuse and Circumvention

8.1. The Captain is forbidden to take any action or use any direct or indirect method to bypass the levels system, benefits, or incentives.
8.2. SHEGO has the right to cancel any level, incentive, or benefit, and take appropriate action if manipulation, misuse, or attempted circumvention of eligibility criteria is discovered.

9. Interpretation and Discretionary Power

9.1. SHEGO holds full discretionary power in interpreting, applying, and determining whether a Captain met the criteria of any level or benefit.
9.2. All SHEGO decisions relating to the levels system are operationally final, unless the company decides otherwise.

10. Consent

By registering or continuing to use the app, the Captain acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms, and agrees to any subsequent updates as determined by SHEGO.
